At KB Tee & Co., every item is made or ordered just for you. Because of the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns.
We do not offer refunds.
We do not allow cancellations once an order has been placed.

Store Credit
If your order arrives with a defect, damage, or if we made an error with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery or pickup with clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, if the issue is determined to be our mistake, we will issue store credit or replace the item at our discretion.

Sizing
Please refer to the provided size charts before ordering. We are not responsible for items ordered in the wrong size, and we cannot exchange items due to sizing.

Color & Design
Please note that shirt colors, print colors, and placement may vary slightly due to monitor settings, lighting, and the printing process. These minor variations are not considered defects.
